Vampire Kingdom Anaylisis - Ep. 1

Now, you may be wondering what I'm anaylizing today, that would be these two and their charas stories. So sit back and enjoy episode 1 of this tale!

WARNING - The following is going to be timeline based and has quite a lot of violence and gore not to mention foul language. If you wish not to witness any of that, turn back now.

Now we start this whole mess with the Fox Clan's first princess, Philomena. She and her little brother Osairus ruled a hidden empire in the middle of a deep jungle. Much like that echidna tribe from Sonic Adventure. Philomena had six servants that were very loyal. Melody, the leader of the group, was a very calm and collective girl. She would find a way through even the tightest of squeezes. Harmony was the more elegant girl of the group. Though she doesn't seem to get along well with Flame or Tap. Mostly because they act rather rough and "uncooth" so to speak. Nyan is more of the quiet type, though she has knowledge on her side. She doesn't really speak up unless the situation calls for it. Flame is like Harmony says, more of the "Ruffian" type. Well...she GOT that way after something happened but...I won't spoil it till later. Neon is a jittery little girl, rarely does she take anything seriously. Maybe not at all even. And then lastly there's Tap. She has a country vibe to her so she can defend herself and doesn't really get along well with Harmony since she's...basically a petty bitch.

Anyways, Philomena felt something horrible coming, but didn't feel they had the power to defend themselves. She then remembered what her grandmother told her once, of a legend of two gemstones that held great power. One dark, one light. She decided to go out and search, but decides to leave of all people, her brother Osairus in charge. Why is this a bad choice? Because he at the time was the most irresponsible kid in the entire empire. But it happened anyways. She faces tons of challenges dealt by the fearsome (yet somewhat shitty) Mephiles. She passed through all these challenges leading up to the cave where the gemstones have been claimed to be. She takes them without any further issue, but realizes that there's only two. Powerful as they may have been or COULD still be, they were concealed in gemstones, and were easily breakable. She thought that she should take each of their power and put them bother into 7 gemstones each. So she took them home and crafted 7 more stones, each one filled with half dark and half light power from the two other gemstones. 

Beforehand though, upon coming home late at night, she finds her son, Talon waiting for her by the front doors of their castle. Now around this time Philomena was about 18. So how does she already have a kid? Well we find that out after she contemplates to herself in her own thoughts. Apparently at a young age, around 16 she was raped, but the man disappeared the next morning. Lucky for her she had her servants. After she crafts the gems, she shares the grand news with her people. What follows after her uplifting news to her people, is quite possible one of the most ignorant things I've seen since horror movie characters. The townspeople cheer on their princess, but wait, did you forget somebody? Yes, that's right, no one gave Osairus a pat on the back for keeping the kingdom in good condition while his sister was gone for his first time. It wasn't until later that week around midnight that he stole the dark gemstone from his sister's room after Mephiles convinced him that he could make the empire respect him by making them fear him. As you would guess, this doesn't go over very well.

The disaster started the next morning, with Philomena waking up to explosions that shake her out of bed and Melody rushing in, clearly panicked. Talon had followed in behind of course. But Philomena has Melody take him into the dungeons for safety while she locates the emeralds needed if all else fails to talk some sense into her sibling. We all know by now of course that this is the case. But wait, that's not all. In the midst of her trying to talk her brother down, he attempts to kill her, but Talon intervenes and is smashed against a piece of rubble. Philomena of course rushes to her child but he did not of course, survive the fatal blow. This of course angered her enough to finish her brother off. She does so by sacraficing herself to have him sealed in the gemstone he had stolen. But how does the generation live on?

She had cousins in the kingdom, and as tradition goes, they were now in charge. As billions of years pass, eventually we get to Rick. But that story is for another time. Thank you for reading, and I mean no offense to the writers and but I do also wish to share the full story as does my sister, just so you know.
